I’ve been using coconut oil for everything. I use it in the shower instead of shower gel and shave gel, I use it in my Homemade Sugar Scrub, my husband uses it as aftershave, and I use it as diaper rash cream for my girls.
Every-so-often I’ll whip the coconut oil to a light airy consistency and throw it in several jars to use until I finally need more. I use the Whipped Coconut Oil instead of lotion before bed, and I also use it as a makeup remover. I’ve found that it takes a little bit higher temperatures to completely melt the oil, and also, it is SO much easier to use in general. When the oil is whipped, it is a better consistency to work with.
